You will find the “Equation” button in the “Symbols” section of this tab.Start by clicking on the “Insert” tab at the top right of your document.Simply highlight it and apply formatting as you please, such as altering the color, font, size, and so on. While the field code is in the form of overline text, you can format it however you want to.The text will now appear as overline text. To solve this, simply right click at any point in the field code and select the option labeled “Toggle Field Codes” from the menu that pops up. You will notice that the whole thing still appears like a field code, rather than overlined text. ![]()
